I did not received my special contents from Showtime Limited edition

I went to www.thesims3.com/incentive/ShowtimeRedeem, entered my code, but nothing appeared in my purchase history page. It said it would take like five minutes, but it's been two days now.

  • I would suggest you contact Customer Support.

    You have the option to contact them by mail, phone or Live Chat, depending on the selections you make and the time of day. Make sure you have a game, a category and a platform selected for the options to become available.
