I got the sims 3 64 bit version for my Mac. an ea agent told me that He added that to my account and in few hours I should see that. It has been 24 hours and I do not see the 64 bit version of the sims 3 in my library

If you're not seeing the 64-bit version of The Sims 3 base game in your library, please try clearing the EA app's cache and see if it shows up then.
If you're looking for Sims 3 64-bit packs, those won't appear in your game library on the EA app; you'll be able to check those after launching the game and in the Sims 3 Launcher.
