i forgot my security question on origin and i can't change my name.

I would like to change my Origin ID so that my abusive ex friend can't find me through Origin, but I cannot remember my security question answer, and the only way to change your security question is to answer your security question...

Look, my abuser was super bad, very controlling and manipulative and I'm lucky so be away from that. This is the last tie to them and I'd like to cut it, for my safety.
