I just want to play the Sims 3 with expansion packs I bought

This is my last ditch effort for some help from the EA team. The advisors that you can talk to through EA help have assisted with simpler issues, but I have noticed that more complex ones (like the one I am experiencing) are not solvable through a back-and-forth chat box. The advisors seem to be extremely far removed from the actual EA team and enjoyers of EA content. I even went to the extent of providing photos with my name and EA handle/username, only to be shut down by one of them, discouraging me to even attempt at communicating with them again. I know EA cares about their loyal Sims fans, so it was disappointing to witness. I am trying to install Sims 3 expansion packs and am running into some issues. I could really use some help and I am growing increasingly frustrated. Back when there used to be an EA support number, I never ran into issues like these.

@SharpenedRazors Since I bought the packs so long ago, I misplaced the installation codes. I’m trying to install them on my new computer. I figured it would be easy for EA to provide me with new codes since I have proof of purchase, but since it was either so long ago or for some other reason, the EA advisors insisted they cannot find proof on their end. That’s why I attempted to send photos over as attachments as a way to verify I’m not trying to steal from them, but obviously they didn’t listen. I don’t think it’s an issue any advisor or fan could solve unfortunately, and I tried escalating the issue in attempts to talk to someone on the EA team, but that is apparently not an option. Many years ago I was able to call EA support for a similar problem that they helped me resolve, but I think the new support format has put a wrench in communication. Thank you for responding though!

@coolgirl1441 While I don't work for EA, I have customer service experience and to play devils advocate I have a feeling that this is most likely due policy rather than advisors being unhelpful.

Since you already exhausted resources I recommend to contact them again, and respectfully ask to submit a formal complaint, it may not change the outcome of the case but its worth a try.

Also check your other emails / EA accounts, maybe the code was redeemed in a different account.

Wish you the best and I hope that EA sees your feedback and that you can get help with this issue somehow. :-)
