So I played the sims 3 and it automatically quits for a couple of minutes. I tried to Origin Troubleshoot it but it won't let me run the troubleshoot and I can't request for a refund. It happened to me like 5 times and I'm frustrated. What should I do? Thanks.
@JenNGor Please list the full specs of your Mac: everything under About This Mac including the operating system and except for the serial number.
Please also let me know what world(s) you're playing in and whether you use mods or custom content. It's fine if you do, but we do need to account for that.
I think I know the solution. I think its the requirements I may be wrong.
