I pre orded Island Paradise before it launched, and i've had a major problems redeeming online with Origin!

Hi EA Help,

I Pre-orded Island Pardise a week before it was launched through Origin. When i went to redeem it a week or so after it said the code was invalid. I hadn't redeemed it before that time, nor anyone else. I have emails with the correct codes. My Product ID is numbers, 9 of them. And i could see Origin required Numbers and letters.

Can someone help me live? person to person? Please? It's very fustrating, and i've had the problem for a long time!!!!! I'm most likely not going to use Origin again, unless someone can help me with this game of mine.

    2. Set your language to US at the bottom
    3. Click on Contact a game advisor 
    4. Describe your issue with a few words
    5. Click on Find a Solution
    6. Select Product: ex: The Sims 3 or Origin
    7. Select Issue Type: ex: Billing/Purchasing or Account Management
    8. Select Platform: PC
    9. Click Find solution
    10. Scroll down and click I still need help
    11. Click Chat Now to chat with a Game Advisor
