sick of this communication run around just want someone to contact me with either how to fix this crap or give me a refund!! After downloading dragon valley 20 or thirty times...installing 20 or thirty times...getting told its available on the main menue 20 or thirty times...following hq directions on moving files to desktop deleting back up files as told and still nothing!!!

You're right, there are many that have issues downloading the world but if none of the usual suggestions work and you have the newest version of the game, I can't help any further. You need to contact live chat.
