I want a refund. My games won't install.

I want my money back. &nbsp;Today. &nbsp;This is an awful site! &nbsp;Customer service??? anyone? I can't install my game. &nbsp;I can't uninstall the game that your site says is downloaded, but it's not. &nbsp;I can't talk to anyone connected to this site to get assistance, so I will message repeatedly in hopes of getting some help. &nbsp; I went to my orders, there is no 'request refund' choice. &nbsp;I went into my library and deleted everything sims so I could try to download again... nothing. &nbsp;my only choice is to install. &nbsp;and it won't install. &nbsp;it freezes my computer at file 840. &nbsp;5 or 6 times in the past 2 days. &nbsp;I want a refund

There is nothing to be done here with refunds nor with Help Center complaints.

I was not given any other options to get assistance. &nbsp;The only link is to the community forum. &nbsp;I saw the page you just sent me earlier,but there are no links to get assistance. &nbsp;There is a section that has a list of the information I should have when I talk to someone, but no one to contact
