There is nothing to be done here with refunds nor with Help Center complaints.
I was not given any other options to get assistance. The only link is to the community forum. I saw the page you just sent me earlier,but there are no links to get assistance. There is a section that has a list of the information I should have when I talk to someone, but no one to contact
