Installation Error of Sims 3

Question

Hi.&nbsp;So I've downloaded Sims 3, but every time I attempt to install it, it says it encountered a problem. I have done all the steps to help but it didn't work.&nbsp;I'm sorry but this game costs a lot and I feel like I shouldn't be having these's errors.&nbsp;

@Jewelsmack&nbsp; Do you have a Mac, and is it running Catalina?&nbsp; If so, that's the issue: Sims 3 is a 32-bit app, and Catalina is 64-bit only.&nbsp; I went into more detail here:
