Installation Error

I recently got a new computer. I am trying to install all my sims 3 games and expansions onto my new computer. I discovered I have lost the product key to 4 of my expansions. I contacted help support. The guy said to download the EA app and they will be there. I did and there they were. All of them installed except 4 of them. I contacted help support again and they weren't able to do anything, and told me to post here... So... what do I do?
