Interactions take a long time to complete

I may be having a problem that is related... My Sim will stand for a random amount of time (game time) without completing an action. It doesn't seem to matter whether I am in real time or if I speed time up. For instance, she just stood at the fridge for "45mins" before opening the door, then the clock froze and jumped another 20 mins while she stood there, then again when she turned to the table... It took 4 hours to eat! She started at 9:20pm and finished at 2am.

Is this a bug?

Looks like it was related to the Tree of Prosperity that you noted. I uninstalled and also downloaded the mods. Between the two, play seems to be normal.

Split your issue to make your own. Doesn't have anything to do with the other the other issue.

Did this just start happening for you ? This most often occurs on systems that have a lot of RAM.

How much RAM do you have and what's your operating system ?

Just started happening a few days ago. Haven't had probs like this since upgrading to the new laptop.
