I am also getting a script error someone on the sims 3 offical site said I need to register the Java dll? I told him I have no idea how to do it and thought the Tech pepole suppose to do that! I have no way how to do such things the script error happens after I loggin to the launcher why is this? HELP Please help me!
there are some updates we need to do ourselves those are windows updates,adobe flash player, java
but at the moment there is some sort of script error that comes up in the launcher and hitting either yes or no shold not stop the game from launching
i launched my launceher and got ascript error (see image to see if you have the same type of script error)
is it the fairy that is freezing at the portal ? try reset the fairy try the reset sim cheat ctrl+shift+c hold all 3 together in the menu bar that appears at the top of the screen type resetsim first name last (of your sim ) hit enter for example my sim is named John Dear i type in resetsim John Dear
or cancel the action then sell the portal and buy a new one from build/buy mode
or is it your game in general that is freezing up ?
thank you for replying and I have reset her so many times should not have to at all and I have updated every thing on my compter just recently anyways the fairy is the problem no matter what she is doing my Plumbots do not freeze when I play them or other Sims just her so the fair for some reason is conflicting with the game play! It dose un freeze it self but usally I have to clck on pause but then it takes a long time to pause then I can play maybe for 5 min at a time strange
oh it is the game in general for I was on the plumbot and it was doing it it is doing this every few seconds now never the futur tim e traveling machine it is just the game doing it like hick ups
hmmm i hope your not having a save game corruption (which can happen ) going on hmmm one way to find out is going to edit town saving a copy of your family to the libiary starting a new game moving the family from the libiary into a lot and see if things should be as they should be uhhh crin has some threads on lags and freezes i'll post a reply back in this thread with the links
