@kimysaur That's not going to help. I'm not sure why the game isn't showing as owned on the Store site, but you might want to wait 24 hours to see whether something is lagging on the EA side.

If your code is appearing as invalid when you try to redeem that, we'll need the live support team to review your account details and see what's happening with this code- here on the forums we aren't able to access your account details to investigate this further with you.

- 2 years ago@EA_Solaire Hi, I can’t go to the site for the live support chat. I’ve looked everywhere for it. There was one link I found online provided by other people who’ve gone through the same issue, but it’s unfortunately inaccessible anymore.
