What exactly are you seeing when you try using the link provided above?
- 2 years ago@EA_Solaire Well, I see instructions about what to do if I have an issue with my account and a game/product. I think I’ve tried everything that’s been written about the game/product issues, but it didn’t seem to help me. So, I’ve resorted to contacting support via email or live support chat, but I can’t seem to find those. I sent an email to [edit: email address removed], but I don’t think it will do anything.

From the link here you'll select Sims 3 as your product, then select See All Help Topics. Here, you'll select I need help finding my game, and then you'll see both an email and live chat option.
