Hey, I purchased The Sims 3 expansions - Dragon Valley, Worlds Bundle in the EA App. In the EA App, I get a message saying I need to activate the codes on the The Sims 3 website. When I try to do this, I get errors—either the code is incorrect, or it loads as if the expansions were added, but nothing actually gets added. I don’t know what to do anymore. Has anyone experienced something similar?

Yes, this is happening to a bunch of us with no known fix or actual help from EA support. Someone mentioned in another thread that the best option is probably to reach out to support to make them aware of the scale of the problem and then just hold tight. There's been speculation that it's being worked on, but as of right now there's no fix. At this point all we can do is wait for something to happen or reach out and hopefully get a refund in the future, though a lot of us have gotten our cases closed without recieving any help :(
