TheFrenchPlumbot No, you shouldn't need to remove Traveler, and I don't think it would help on balance. Can you choose any lot at all for your sims?
I tried this just now, as it's been years since I had any sims travel to the future, and I was not prompted to choose a place to stay at all. My sim was staying at the base camp where he arrived and I could play as normal.
I looked it up, and the message from Traveler is only supposed to show for the University world and custom travel locations. So it occurred to me that perhaps the way you traveled affected this, and I tried again, this time using the phone rather than the portal like the first time around. I still wasn't prompted to choose a place to stay.
Even so, I'd like to know how you're traveling (through the portal or phone) and whether it helps to use the other method. The phone option wasn't available for me until the portal appeared, if that's relevant. Please also let me know whether you've edited the future world at all, or replaced it in the game's program files with a custom version. And if you've been playing in a custom world, try traveling from Sunset Valley instead, with a freshly-made sim or an existing resident.
Finally, please list all the mods you have installed, not just those from NRaas. It's possible a mod from a different source is breaking the travel transition.

i made new fresh files, i installed new copy of nraas traveller, i even tried to edit it (but even that is softlocked) so i cant even go to the base camp, should i take traveller out of my game until my sims have fully moved into the world? but thats also a issue because i wont be able to travel back to change the future or do any world adventures or university
TheFrenchPlumbot Traveler does introduce the "where do you want to stay this term" message, although I think that's on the list for fixing at some point. Or it might already be fixed; if you have an older version of Traveler, download a fresh copy. But this isn't an issue by itself—you should still be able to select the base camp or whatever it's called in the future world.
If you can't do that, try it on a fresh save, for comparison's sake.
