Issues with steam and contacting EA

Question

Hello, I bought sims 3 a few years ago. I’ve recently wanted to get back into it. I wanted to go to the exchange on the sims 3 store so I logged in and when I tried to download stuff it said I needed to register my game. So I went to the cd keys in steam and input the code at register a game. It said the code was already used. My steam and EA account are linked. When I tried contacting EA couldn’t find anywhere to properly contact them. Can anyone help? Or has anyone had the same issue?&nbsp;

It sounds like live support would need to manually re-add your game to your EA account if you're running into issues getting your code registered- this isn't something we can do for you over the forums as we don't have access to your account details, but live support can take a look with you here.
I'd also recommend attaching this forum conversation when you reach out there so the team has further details to reference.&nbsp;&nbsp;
