Issues with the Exchange, sending gifts and Friend Requests

There's currently a few things broken on the Sims 3 page and not working properly

- The Exchange

- Sending gift

- Friend requests

Logging in is a new one but it's probably all connected.

EA is aware of the issue and working on a fix.
