I just bought the sims 3 on my 2019 macbook air like a week ago or so? I dont know if i wasn´t aware if the sims 3 just like doesnt run well on newers macs, but i want a refund and its almost impossible to communicate with EA and i dont understand why...
@sims231423142314 EA games are only eligible for refunds if it's been less than 14 days since the purchase AND less than 24 hours since the game was first launched. So it sounds like you may not qualify.
What issues are you having in-game? Some may be fixable or at least have workarounds. If you'd like to troubleshoot, please describe the issues, and list the packs you've installed and the world(s) you're currently playing in.
