Mine did that. EA said they'd report it as a bug. I found a way around it. Download everything from the store but don't open the launcher and click on downloads. Go into the game and I think it was the button with the three dots and it says something about downloading or installing or something like that. My game is completely down so I can't double check the steps. Then I downloaded it there and it brought up a list of everything which I'd never seen before. Then I clicked install and it would bring me from the game back to my desktop and then I'd flip windows back to the launcher I think it's called? and then do it again which was really annoying but it got all of them installed without having to click on downloads and I was able to play. I went back to it a few days ago and it showed everything was empty but it's all in the game so at least you could play.
I can't believe I never that was in the main menu!! Thank you!! It worked! It's a good fix until EA fixes that.
