greatsimlover10 That's interesting, and hopefully a sign that Apple is addressing the underlying issue. (I don't know whether that's happening, but it would be great.) Do you see a second plumbob in the Dock when you try to install HS? If so, click it and see whether you get the installer. It does take a few seconds to open, so be patient.

Otherwise, you're stuck using the Downloads Dashboard at the Main Menu, at least for now.
