Let me download a few pages of items and I will see if the message pops up still.
Edit: Nevermind its still giving me the message
I have so much store content, that having to download each piece takes forever just to figure out which items are doing it. It seemed to have been fixed as I got through 3 pages, but now its doing it again.

I'm sorry you're still having troubles with this error, but thank you for the update!
At this point, I'd recommend reaching out to Steam support for a refund on the base game. Once the refund is processed, you can re-purchase it via Steam and register it to the correct EA account to clear these errors up.

Unfortunately steam is unable to issue a refund for me as I had already had gameplay of 21 hrs before I realized my store items were installed.

And live chat for EA doesn't seem to be available.
