Lifetime Rewards Missing

It's happening to me when I play the game as well.

You mean your Sim doesn't have them anymore or are they completely gone from the game ?

Are you using mods in your game ?

I have this problem too ☹️( Bought a lifetime reward for 50k points but my game says I didnt buy any... Lost all the points too ☹️( Is it gone forever? ;-;
