Hi,I'm trying to log in when I load up the Sims 3 but it keeps telling my log in details are invalid. I'm using the details for my Origin account, is this correct? If not please can someone tell me how to reset my EA password as I seem to be going round in circles!Thanks,:manhappy:

I can't login to the thesims3.com website right now. I get an endless circle or it tells me my login/password are incorrect.Sorry, figured this out! I changed the email address associated with my account on Origin, and didn't realize that would change it for thesims3.com too.

Otherwise contact a game advisor - or assuming you're talking about websites, trying clearing your browser cache or use a different browser

Players are reporting an inability to log in to their Origin Accounts both in the Origin Store, client, EA Help, and Answer HQ due to an issue with our login services.

This means that affected players are only able to access Origin in offline mode, are unable to contact an advisor on EA Help, currently cannot play their EA titles online, or access other Origin Account features.

We're investigating this issue and will provide updates as quickly as possible."

You might be able to log in now as well. I just went in game and was able to log in now.

Sorry, figured this out! I changed the email address associated with my account on Origin, and didn't realize that would change it for thesims3.com too.

I am also having this issue, and endless circle of resetting my password within Origin, and then being unable to log in to Sims 3. When I select "I forgot my password" It sends me back to Origin's website where my login works. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong, and I seemed to have lost what had been enough SimPoints to buy Sunlit Tites. ☹️ I don't know what else to do.

your sims 3 account uses the same email and password as your origin account if you charge the password in origin it changes the password to that password in your the sims3 account so try that
