logging into the game online

Hello
I have a problem logging into the game online
I changed my password a couple of hours ago, and I still can't log in. It works perfectly on the website and in the EA app, but the game keeps saying that my email or password is incorrect.
I've never had this problem before. Has anyone experienced this or knows how to fix it? Sorry if this is a silly question, but I've never experienced this before.

uzimaruw Does your password contain special characters? The launcher and game don't handle these well even when the password works on all other EA sites.

If that's not the issue, clear Edge's Internet Explorer-mode data. Additionally, open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Downloads and delete the file labeled [your email].bin.
