Long Load! Too long!

I did almost everything to make this game load faster. It takes up to 15-18 minutes! It kills my time! I already contacted EA about this issue. They did everything they could :/ . Can someone help me...

    hiya roberta 🙂  and not only that notebooks are not really made for gameing , dunno if it will help but if you can get into the options and lower the settings see if that makes a difference

Do I really need to lower settings? The game runs very smoothly on my pc but it just takes long to load.😕mileyfrustrated:
