lost access to my email cant get into acount

I had an email account that used to sign up to origin with but i no longer have access to that email and i dont know the password to the account. I have had to make a new account but my games library has disappeared because it is a new account. I own every sims 3 expansion and so i really cant afford to lose this account. How can i gain access to my new account and get back my games as it wont let me redeem my codes on the new one because they are already on the old one?
