Lost my game
So I hadn't been on my compyter for week or something and once I check Origin there was some new features and stuff and I put in my game disc and when i checked my libary to play it nothing was there...

It was working fine for the first couple of weeks then the new features on Origin came up and then I couldn't find any of my games.
Then talk to customer support as suggested above.
