This doesn't help me as I only have two options for "solving my problem", which is 1) post here & 2) live chat, in which NO ONE ever comes on to answer my question. I see no phone number or email address to contact someone other than these two available ways.
Did you ever register the code of the game you bought ? If not, only Customer Support can give you a new code with proof of purchase and live chat is your only option.
If you registered, you can check the myGames tab on Origin (which should be stated in the above thread)
