Hi,
So I bought the supernatural expansion pack, and I've installed it and the sims 3 game keeps trying to update but it doesn't complete. I've followed to instructions to installing the game and the manual but nothing is helping.
I was on customer service yesterday, and before our line went dead the guy told me to download http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-3/FAQ-Current-Patch-1-67-Manual-links-and-more/td-p/67858 The mac super patch and I did but It's not doing anything! It won't let me open it and it just comes up with an error messaged saying:
"To-9355-1.67.2.024002" can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.
I've been trying to get my expansion pack to work on Sims 3 but It hasnt been and I've followed everything I've been given.

Try that instead. Look for the correct download for your game's "region". If you use any mods or custom content, be sure to remove them before patching.
