I'm a bit confused. I'm not to great at understanding computer terms. So, what she put for "Primary things to try first" is that supposed to fix the game so it doesn't crash anymore? After I regenerate the files, that should fix it so it stops crashing? Also, what happens if it still crashes after I moved that folder onto the desktop? I've gathered from her post that it means I need to uninstall everything and reinstall it right? So then that would fix the crashing?
Lots of questions I know, but the semester is almost over and I was excited to spend three months relaxing and playing the sims, until I found out it's nearly unplayable because it crashes so much!
