MadameBlaze Please try installing the worlds, one at a time, into a clean user folder. More details are here, including how to rebuild your user folder once you're done:
MadameBlaze The EA App doesn't necessarily know what you do and don't own, so that part can be ignored. What happens when you try to download your content from the Store? You can click the Download buttons in your screenshots (one at a time), or check the box to the left and click the larger Download button towards the top of the page.
If this isn't working, please try a different browser, for example Firefox typically works well with the Store. If that doesn't work either, please describe what you see when you try to download an item, including a screenshot of any error you get.
puzzlezaddict I tried going through Firefox and it is the same issue unfortunately. It is now up to six worlds as I am now missing Monte Vista. :(
