Missing Sims 3 stuff pack in EA app

Just looking over the account, I'm not seeing Town Life was ever registered or claimed on this particular EA Account. That would be why it's not visible in the EA app.

Do you recall purchasing the pack in the past? If you have a product key or screenshots of the purchase details it may be worth contacting support to see what else they can track down. 

I do remember purchasing it but I don't remember when... It's weird that it displays on the website and not in EA app though..

@lennymarine1112  Do you remember what kind of purchase this was, for example a disc or a digital download from EA?  Did you ever have two accounts merged?  And to be clear, the other packs in your screenshot (Ambitions, Late Night, etc.) show as owned in the EA App, right?

all the other packs do show up in EA app. If i remember correctly i bought a disc for the pack. However, i don't have the packaging or the disc anymore

@lennymarine1112  Do you have an old computer where the pack was installed (even if you uninstalled it later)?  If so, you may be able to find the code in the computer's registry:

That could help EA support find out what happened to the pack.
