Missing TS3W.exe in Sims 3 Install (Only Have TS3.exe 1.0.0.18)

I'm having this exact same issue.  When I run the crash report it's saying my game only has Free virtual memory of 176mb.  Also my TS3W.exe is missing, I do have a 12th gen AMD processor, but my game launches just fine just like you stated.  I would also like to know how do you manually install this, as it was there before I switched to Windows 11.  I'm doing a new install right now as I'm typing this to see if it add the TS3W.exe file, like it should.
