Missing world and simpoints after registering new expansion pack

I bought World Adventures and installed it on my computer then went on the Sims 3 website to register it and get my free content. The pop up box said I was meant to receive "Explorer's Loot" items, an extra world, plus 10 USD worth of simpoints. The link to get my items worked with no issues and they're now installed however the link for the "extra world" didn't work and I can't find anywhere what it is and how I'm meant to download it. I also didn't receive any simpoints, checking my balance just leads me to the EA app where they expect me to purchase points with my own money, not redeem. I've double checked and my code is definitely registered already in the EA app too.
