Mouse sounds

Hi, How do I turn off the auto sounds for the mouse, every time I click on an action it makes a sound. It is kinda annoying . Especially if you are doing a line of activities for your Sim to do. Ple...

Is this something that only happens when you play Sims or do you have these sounds all the time when you use your mouse?
