My account on Origin got deleted for not using for some time. Need Help

Like the title says my account i use to play the sims 3 got deleted because i have not enter for a long time aperently i need help getting back or if possible can anyone tell me how i can see my case...

how can i contact the live suport everytime i try the option does not apper to chat with them . is there another way to talk with them ?
