My account on Origin got deleted for not using for some time. Need Help

Like the title says my account i use to play the sims 3 got deleted because i have not enter for a long time aperently i need help getting back or if possible can anyone tell me how i can see my case...

i see. well they never replied me back so i just keep doing until someone answer me ? all i want to do is find out if i can get my account back
