My account on Origin got deleted for not using for some time. Need Help

Like the title says my account i use to play the sims 3 got deleted because i have not enter for a long time aperently i need help getting back or if possible can anyone tell me how i can see my case...

7f93e2768deb2931  Are you saying that you opened a live chat window and no one posted in it?  They usually post first.  I ask because the way to get a live chat is NOT through sending an email.  "Live chat" is a separate option on the same page where you can choose to email or click a suggested help article.  When I click the link I posted earlier (when signed into the help site overall), I see live chat on that exact page, just down a bit from the others.
