My EA App says that I need to purchase a game I already purchased.
I bought the Sims 3 February of last year off the EA App itself. Not under a different account as far as I'm aware but it allows me to download the game and it's playable with all the expansions I bought too. I'm just wondering why this is happening. I paid $21.24 to be told by the stupid app I don't own it.
@marrijuhana Seeing an offer to purchase Sims 3 is normal, at least for some users. I'm not sure why it happens, but as long as you can play the game, you don't need to worry about it.
If you can't play, please go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and look for a refund, full or partial, for Sims 3. Let me know what you find.
