my festival grounds don't work in island paradise
I tried to put in a new festival ground and it won't let me add it.

in did you change the lot type to festivl ? oh and another thing is sometimes the game thinks a lot is occupied if there is a wildflower, seed, space rock or some such so try this launch the game use a save as new name then go to edit town click on the empty lot build/buy throw some furniture on the lot couch's ,dressers, counters then bulldoze the lot and see if you can place the festival lot then
