My newly brought Sims 3 game has a invalid Serial Code

Hi

I just bought a game with two world (Monte Vista & Hidden Springs) and non of the codes for the installation is working. I've tried to look it up on your website, but non of it helps (trying different letters and so on). I don't know what to do, but it kinda sucks.

    did you redeem the codes in origin first ? that can render the codes invalid/used they need to be redeemed on the sims 3 account then download and installed from there

    I had the same problem with The Sims 3 Seasons. I contacted EA help and chatted to one of the advisors, who told me that my registration code had already been used on another account. They told me there is nothing I can do other than to contact the retailer and ask for another code (which is annoying because it means that whoever is using my code is getting away with it!). 

    I hope you're luckier than me because I am reallyyyy frustrated.

    So yeah, chat with one of the advisors and see what they say.

    @siobhanjxo was the game you bought 2ndhand/used ? if it was then the person probably registered the code to their account  and codes are non transferable nor can they be reregistered to another account and CS can do nothing about that

    if on the other hand do you have 2 accounts and the your code is redeemed on your other account you can contact CS to assist with merging the accounts
