My Prism Art Studio from The Sims 3 store isn't showing up for me s I can put it in my town

I am having trouble with the Prism Art Studio from The Sims 3  store. I install it, I get every single item that comes with the set except the Prism Art Studio venue. I have tried Installing it unins...

Yes I have tried contacting everyone you have suggested but they won't respond to my question.

    @crinrict  broke/missing  ccmerged ? factory reset without having to reinstall ?

     have decided to let the Prism Art Studio problem go and forget about it. But i have another problem with the Deliciously Indulgent Bakery. When I click on the baking station so my sims can make food, it says "No Interaction Available." Please help me! Thanks!

    As I said, I only have the same suggestions I already gave you for the other venue.

    What did the game advisor say about it ? Were you not able to talk to them ?
