yes, i placed the family together with the house in a new save, same town, but on a different lot. I could play a little longer but then it crashed again.
I also used to try a completely other save, with different sims in a different town and it actually crashed there too in the building mode.
I didn't use buydebug but I do have store content and some functional mods, no cc.
It's weird because this fast crashes just popped up. Like I said, it did crash sometimes but not this frequently...
@AnNaChocolate04 Is there any pattern to what you're doing when the game crashes? For example, pulling items out of household inventory and trying to rotate them without placing them down first is a known issue. It's probably not the only trigger though, so any information about a potential pattern would be helpful.
Separately, try playing with your computer offline. You can sign into the EA App and put it in offline mode, then disable wifi before pressing Play.

That's pretty hard to define. I noticed that when I take an item out of the inventory and try to rotate my camera, it crashes! It's just when I'm holding items from the inventory. The same thing happens in my other save.
But placing the item (rotating it before placing seems to be ok), grabbing it again and then rotating my camera still makes my game crash.
I also tested that in a random family in a new save and the same thing is happening, ao the inventory seems to be buggy ig.another thing though is that when I am on the second floor of any house and I zoom out, my screen is blinking red, in builing as well as in livemode.
Already thank u for ur help 🙂

@AnNaChocolate04 The problem with rotating objects before placing them is a known issue, and I thought I'd mentioned it in this thread, but looking back, I guess not. (I probably answer too many threads in general.) You've already found the workaround, whch is to place the objects and then pick them up again before rotating them.
For the red flashing, try enabling object hiding, which is an option with the other graphics settings.

Actually you did mention that aspect but it doesn't seem to be the problem. I can rotate the objects themselves. It's the camera rotation that makes my game crash. That's really tricky because it doesn't matter if I had placed the item in the house, picked it up again and then tried to turn my camera, it still crashes. I guess the only workaround for that is that I haba to sell all my inventory items and to place them new.
I do wonder what the reason for this problem is...I'll try changing that setting!
thank you very much for yor time!

@AnNaChocolate04 You should be able to rotate the camera while not holding an object, right?

Yes and I can rotate it while holding objects that weren't in the inventory but from the store menu.
