My SIMS 3 extensions packs doesn't appear on the launcher nor in the game

I played a long time ago on the origin platform (PC/Windows), and the game was fine ; all my extensions packs were fonctionning and appeared on the launcher when I started the SIMS 3 game. 

Now that I play on the EA games platform with the same accounts and the same extensions packs, only 4 (Animals and co, vip access, adventure and citadin kit) out of 7 (showtime edition, season and university), appear on the launcher and so on the game. 

I already contacted the EA service via the chat player help services, and they are the ones that redirected me to this forum.

Can someone help me or has already encounter the same issues ?

NB : Sorry in advance if my english is lacking, english is not my first language.

    @Adelia029  Please do a clean uninstall of Sims 3 and the EA App with Revo Uninstaller.  Use the Intensive scanning method for the App; Moderate is fine for Sims 3.  Restart your computer before reinstalling the App.  Create a new folder into which you'll install Sims 3.  The folder should be on the root level of the drive of your choice, for example C:\Games is fine, but not C:\Program Files\Games.

    If you have any saves or other user data you'd like to preserve, start the process by renaming the Sims 3 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts to something that doesn't include "Sims 3."  This will prevent Revo from flagging it for deletion.

    Hi @puzzlezaddict thank you for your rapid answer ! Im sorry Im responding only now but I have kinda gave up last time after posting. Even though, I tried what you told me (I did every step correctly) but it still haven't work. 

    I want to thank you still for helping me, and if anyone come up with something else i'll take it !
