Is there a specific issue you're needing help with for this DLC?

Yes it shows I own it and it shows on ea but when I get on it doesn't show it no where

And I've Uninstaller everything and re-download it still the same and now it won't let me log in the console and I just spent 40 bucks on points yesterday right after it started not letting me sign in the game I cant get any of my stuff and I bought well over a 100 dollars in the last month

maryednalusk Many EA employees are off for the long weekend, so in the interim, please let EA_Solaire know when you bought Island Paradise, and from where (EA App, Steam, physical store, etc.), as well as whether it ever worked.
The Sims 3 Store is down, at least in part, so that may be the reason you can't use your SimPoints or install anything you already own from the Store. This is the master thread:

I bout it several years ago I registered it with ea and it was working then a couple months ago I got off the game and when I got back on it wasn't and hasn't since it shows I own it and says it's installed but it's no where in the game I've reinstalled and it installed nothing has worked I've been trying to get help a couple of months now for it hope you can help me
maryednalusk Have you contacted EA customer support yet to ask about the status of your pack? If you provide the code, a support rep can look it up and potentially fix any issue with your ownership.

I would recommend live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, choose a slightly different category of issue.
