@sharidanmc Split your thread from the other thread. That was really old and with issues like that it's better to have your own thread.
There might be newer graphics drivers. Did you update everything on your computer ? Are you using custom content or mods in your game ? At what point does it freeze ?

I only bought this computer last Friday. I just installed my game and have no custom content. The first time i played the game it crashed on create a sim after only 6-8 minutes. The second time I tried to play, I was able to make one sims and when I clicked to make another sim it froze. The wierd thing is the sims was still moving, and when I went back to my desktop I right clicked on the game to end it and relaized it was still running after about 30 minutes. The game asked me was I sure I want to quit but I couldn't click yes, or no because it was frozen. But the sim was still moving and wasn't delyed or frozen.
Im not that computer savy but I can follow steps to fix my problem if you help me out. The game says that everything has been updated.

Computers are usually not updated out of the box. Did you do updates yourself ?
The graphics drivers are from 2014 but from earlier this year so I'm pretty sure there must be new ones.
Go to either the AMD website: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download or update through the catalyst center.
