I have rights to the Sims 3 on both PC and Mac but only a week ago I opened my Origin account to find the message: 'Only available on Mac'. I have tried to contact EA with no help - it's nearly been a week since I've asked for help. Does anybody know how I can fix this or do I just have to buy a new game?
@Destiny_Hope24 Click on your username in the bottom left, and then on the Games tab to see if it shows up on your profile. If not, try clearing your cache.
@Destiny_Hope24 You should absolutely not need to buy the game again. Please make sure you don't have any filters enabled in your game library; you can open the filter settings in the upper right corner of your game library.
If that's not the issue, please contact EA customer support for help; it should be simple enough for a support rep to check your account and add back whatever is necessary.
