MYSTery boxes HUGE Disappointmen

I have been saving my points for my birthday which was on 19th and was choosing which world I would buy. When I saw the mystery boxes I was tempted by the surprise element as everyone likes a surprise. So I went all out and bought the seven boxes thinking I would at least get a world or venue or something nice. Imagine my horror when I opened the first box and it was blank and the javascript value was (0) and the second etc. In desperation, I decided to download all and thankfully something appeared in the download manager. I did get three sets, a money decoration which is useless as I'll never use it, but the other items were individual little items I would not have wasted my money on. I suppose three sets one doesn't want adds up to more than I spent but I was hoping to get something I liked. Oh, the bonus is the ALEX which is a male head of hair which I really didn't want since I bought the home decor boxes. What chance of a refund? Or a swap? I was so deflated by finding empty boxes that the whole experience was a negative. I would rather have my points back and choose my own Venue or World. My advise is leave the boxes alone. I thought that if I bought the 7 bundle I would get something decent. No such luck.
